  Terrible experience. Went in to discuss trading in our car, walked out wondering how 'Bruce' ever sells a car. Despite his efforts to try and convince us that he wasn't trying to be rude, he was. Wouldn't talk money because we "don't even know what we want". He wouldn't t talk price until we at least took a test drive. What he didn't know was that we had already test driven the car previously, and that we already owned an older version of the same car. We knew exactly what we were doing. It wasn't till we confronted him on his attitude that he changed it. Still, too little too late. Brought our new car down the road instead where the service was ten times better.
